Cajun Chicken Wings
|Chicken wings||1 Pound|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
In a large bowl, combine chicken, milk, and Tabasco sauce.
Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Drain wings and roll in bread crumbs; refrigerate 20 minutes.
Heat oil to 375° F; fry chicken wings, a few at a time, about 12 minutes, or until crisp on the outside and cooked on the inside.
