Corn And Bean Chili

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Chili seasoning mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Canned chili beans 48 Ounce, undrained (3 Cans, 16 Ounces Each)
  Canned v8 juice 46 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned cream style corn 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 5-qt.kettle or Dutch oven, brown beef and onion.
Stir in seasoning mix, beans, V-8 juice and salt.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Stir in corn.
Cook and stir over low heat for 15 minutes.
Garnish with cheese
