|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Pecans/Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown rice||4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked|
Saute garlic and onions in oil for one minute.
Add nuts and cook until lightly brown.
Add mushrooms and cook for two minutes.
Add soy sauce.
Cover and simmer for five minutes.
Stir cooked rice into mixture and blend thoroughly.
