Ingredients
  Low fat buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat free sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Peeled shredded parsnips 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded red delicious apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Stir well; set aside.
Combine parsnips, apple, and green onions in a bowl; toss well.
Add buttermilk mixture; toss gently.
