Old Southern Stuffed Bell Peppers
|Canned tomatoes||6 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Chopped ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cracker crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Chop 2 peppers and 2 onions.
Saute in butter until well done.
Add tomatoes, cook and add cracker crumbs and chopped ham.
Stuff peppers which have been previously scalded, and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Brush with butter and bake.
