Ingredients
  Boneless beef chuck 3 Pound, cubed (Smithfield)
  Hot pepper sauce To Taste
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White onion 1 Large, diced
  Chopped celery with tops 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), finely minced
  Bay leaf 1
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Place beef in a large bowl and season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce. Coat meat well with flour.
2. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add meat and brown on all sides in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Remove
