A healthy and easy potato recipe.
Ingredients
  Potato 2
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Directions

Cut the potatoes bite size
Pour Olive Oil in a skillet
Add the potatoes
Allow to cook and get golden brown
Add Garlic, salt and black pepper
and Serve
