Chunky Southwestern Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned no salt added tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Tequila 2 Tablespoon (Golden Colored)
  Seeded chopped jalapeno peppers 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peeled seeded and chopped tomato 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 13 ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in tomato; simmer 10 minutes.
