|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (mixed with 1 scant teaspoon baking powder)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Boil together the water, butter, and flour with baking powder mixed in; let all cook about 2 minutes (until mixture leaves the side of the pan), then put aside to cool.
