Nutty Pineapple Slaw

Ingredients
  Shredded green cabbage 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Shredded red cabbage 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped sweet red pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple in juice 8 Ounce, drained
  Nonfat sour cream alternative 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unsalted dry roasted peanuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Combine cabbages and red pepper in a large bowl; toss well.
Combine crushed pineapple, sour cream, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl, stirring well.
Add pineapple mixture to cabbage mixture, and toss until blended.
Cover and chill.
Sprinkle slaw with peanuts just before serving.
