|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg/Mace||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Combine pie filling, orange peel, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg in a 1 1/2 -quart glass casserole. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 7) for 6 minutes, or until hot, stirring twice.
2. In a 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and beat vigorously 20 strokes. Drop 12 dumplings onto the hot filling. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 7) for 8 to 11 minutes, or until dumplings are no longer doughy.
