Classic Waldorf Salad
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Real, Light Or Cholesterol Free)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Red apples||3 Medium, cored and diced|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Add apples and celery; toss to coat well.
Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts.
