Noodle And Raisin Pudding
|Wide egg noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Small curd cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Golden raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
Mix remaining ingredients; toss with noodles.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered in 350° oven until golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes.
