Wild Rice Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
  Shrimp in shells 1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Long grain and wild rice mix 6 Ounce (1 Package, Regular Long Grain)
  Bottled hot pepper sauce To Taste
Directions

Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
Shell and devein shrimp.
In 3-quart saucepan cook onion and green pepper in butter about 5 minutes or till tender.
Add undra/ned tomatoes, next 4 ingredients, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Stir in both packets from rice mix.
Cover; simmer 20 minutes, Add shrimp.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
