Sweet Sour Coleslaw
|Green cabbage||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (distilled)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut cabbage into 1/8 inch thick shreds.
Place cabbage in large bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Mix sugar, vinegar, and salt in small bowl.
Add to cabbage and toss well.
Add cream and toss again.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
