Southern Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 5 Medium
  Hard-cooked eggs 6 , cooled and peeled
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard/1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Cook potatoes in water until fork-tender.
Refrigerate until cool; peel.
Chop potatoes and 5 eggs; reserve 1 for garnish.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except reserved egg and paprika.
Quarter or slice reserved egg; garnish top of salad.
Sprinkle with paprika.
For easy storage, cover glass or plastic bowl of salad with sheet of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil; crimp edges.
