Bayou Burgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 125 Milliliter
  Condensed chicken gumbo soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Hamburger buns 2 , split and toasted
Directions

In 1.5 L (1 1/2 quart) shallow glass dish 25 x 15 x 5 cm (10 x 6 x 2 inches), combine beef and onion.
Cook in microwave oven 6 to 8 minutes, stirring twice; pour off fat.
Blend in soup and mustard.
Cook 3 minutes or until hot.
Stir before serving on buns.
