Garlic Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can / 2 Cups)
  Cooked cleaned shrimp/1 bag, 16 ounce frozen, ready to cook shrimp 16 Ounce
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil until tender.
2. Blend in flour and seasonings.
3. Add tomato and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add shrimp. Heat through.
