Garlic Shrimp Creole
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 Can / 2 Cups)|
|Cooked cleaned shrimp/1 bag, 16 ounce frozen, ready to cook shrimp||16 Ounce|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil until tender.
2. Blend in flour and seasonings.
3. Add tomato and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add shrimp. Heat through.
