Coleslaw Salad Bowl
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spiced apple rings||14 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Shredded red cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded green cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Torn fresh spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red cabbage leaves||4|
In screw-top jar combine red wine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Cover and shake; chill.
Quarter apple rings.
In large bowl toss together red and green cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, and apple pieces.
Shake dressing; pour over salad and toss to coat.
Cover; chill in red-cabbage-lined bowl.
