Hawaiian Kabobs

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Beef sirloin steak 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Green peppers 3 , cut into 1 inch squares
  Firm tomatoes 5 Small, quartered
Directions

In large bowl combine soy sauce, oil, corn syrup, garlic, dry mustard, and ginger.
Add meat; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Drain meat, reserving marinade.
Alternate meat, green pepper, and tomato on skewers.
Grill over medium-hot coals till desired doneness; allow about 15 minutes for rare.
Baste the kabobs occasionally with reserved marinade.
