Ham Hawaiian Ring
|Thinly sliced boiled ham||500 Gram|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)|
|Cooked rice||1 Large|
|Crushed pineapple||250 Milliliter, drained|
|Chopped celery||125 Milliliter|
|Chopped pimiento||50 Milliliter, drained|
|Chopped green onions||50 Milliliter|
|Ground ginger||1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)|
Line a 1.5 L (6 cup) ring mold with 8 slices ham, overlapping slices to completely cover mold.
Finely chop remaining ham; set aside.
To make filling: In bowl, blend soup and mayonnaise; stir in chopped ham and remaining ingredients.
Pack mixture into ham-lined mold.
Cover; chill 6 hours or more.
