Cheese Strata

Ingredients
  Dry bread cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded process cheese spread/American cheese 6 Ounce
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Skim milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place 2 cups of the bread cubes in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Top with shredded cheese, then with remaining bread cubes.
Thoroughly stir together eggs, milk, onion, salt, and dry mustard.
Pour evenly over mixture in pan, Cover; chill several hours or overnight.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325° oven about 40 minutes or till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
