|Shredded process cheese spread/American cheese||6 Ounce|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Skim milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place 2 cups of the bread cubes in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Top with shredded cheese, then with remaining bread cubes.
Thoroughly stir together eggs, milk, onion, salt, and dry mustard.
Pour evenly over mixture in pan, Cover; chill several hours or overnight.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325Â° oven about 40 minutes or till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
