Tomato Beef Stew With Peas

  Stew meat 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen peas 1 (1 Package)
  Condensed tomato soup 21 Ounce (2 Can)
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Tomato 1 , sliced

Place meat in 3-quart glass casserole.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except tomato; recover.
Microwave on low for 55 to 60 minutes or until meat is fork tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with sliced fresh tomato.
