Crab Gumbo

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned chicken broth 13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Bay leaf 1
  Canned okra 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned crabmeat 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, chopped and coarse parts removed (1 Can)
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

In large saucepan, saute" onion in butter until tender; add tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, sugar, pepper, and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaf; add okra and crab; heat through
