Kentucky Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  White corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dark brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Whole eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Shelled pecans 6 Ounce (Whole, 1 Heaping Cup)
Directions

Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla and mix well.
Add slightly beaten eggs.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle pecans over all.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
When cool, you may top with whipped cream or ice cream, but nothing tops this! You don't care for pecan pie
Too rich Well, here's an alternative for you.
If you like cheesecake, you'll love this.
It's super.
But it requires a spring-form pan.
