Carrot Raisin Slaw
|Carrots||5 Large, shredded|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
In a salad bowl, mix together carrots, celery, onion, and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; blend well.
Add to vegetables and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or until next day.
