Chicken Waldorf Salad
|Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves||12 Ounce, shredded, cubed|
|Apples||2 Medium, coarsely chopped (Red And/Or Green)|
|Dried tart cherries||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped pecans/Coarsely chopped peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nonfat mayonnaise dressing/Fat-free salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fat free sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried rosemary||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
In a medium bowl combine chicken, apples, dried cherries, pecans, and celery.
For dressing, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, honey, and rosemary.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss gently to coat.
If desired, cover and chill 'for up to 24 hours.
