Pimento Cheese Toast

|Extra sharp cheddar cheese||10 Ounce, coarsely grated|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Roasted red pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely diced, rinsed and patted dry (Bottled)|
Stir together all ingredients except baguette; salt and pepper to taste.
Slice baguette 1/3 inch thick and spread thickly with cheese mixture.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is bubbling and browned, about 2 minutes.
