Pimento Cheese Toast

  Extra sharp cheddar cheese 10 Ounce, coarsely grated
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Roasted red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely diced, rinsed and patted dry (Bottled)
  Baguette 1

Preheat broiler.
Stir together all ingredients except baguette; salt and pepper to taste.
Slice baguette 1/3 inch thick and spread thickly with cheese mixture.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is bubbling and browned, about 2 minutes.
