|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Condensed beef consomme||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Basil leaf||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1. Combine all ingredients, except Sauce ingredients, in medium mixing bowl. Shape into 6 rounded patties. Place in 1 1/2-quart (10x6) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 8 minutes. Drain and rearrange steaks. Pour Sauce over steaks; recover, and continue cooking on ROAST for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
3. Sauce: Combine all ingredients in 4-cup measure.
