Baked Idaho Potatoes

Do you want a highly appreciated baked idaho potatoes recipe? I will prepare this side dish for a get-together I am soon going to host. Ingredients
  Oil 1
  New potatoes 6 Large, washed and dried
  Sour cream/Plain yogurt/cottage cheese 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Chives/Fresh parsley 45 Milliliter, chopped (3 Tablespoon)
  Bacon slice 1 , finely diced or shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 475°F (250°C).

MAKING
2 Rub each potato with a little oil.
3 Wrap in a square piece of aluminum foil.
4 Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes.
5 You can also choose to wrap the potatoes in microwave proof plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes.
6 Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
7 Carefully remove the foil or plastic wrap.
8 Cut a criss-cross pattern across the top of each potato.
9 Gently squeeze the potato until the top opens.

SERVING
10 Serve hot as a side dish.
