|Lobster||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut up|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat lobster by frying slowly in butter for 3 minutes.
Add seasonings and heat 1 minute.
Add cream and slightly beaten egg yolks; simmer 3 minutes more.
Add sherry and serve.
