|Peanut oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Planters)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsifted flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In large bowl, combine eggs and Planters Peanut Oil; beat slightly.
Gradually beat in milk, flour and salt.
Pour batter into 10 well-oiled custard cups.
Place custard cups on baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (375°F.) 1 hour, or until firm and brown.
If desired, remove popovers from oven after 45 minutes, cut slit in the side of each to let steam escape, quickly return to oven for last 15 minutes.
