Abalone Hawaiian Style

Ingredients
  Dried mushrooms 4
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned abalone 1 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces (1Can, Reserve Liquid)
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in 1-inch pieces
  Celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), diced
  Water chestnuts 6 , thinly sliced
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White wine 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cover mushrooms with water and soak for 2 hours.
Drain and slice.
Heat broth and abalone liquid; add vegetables and simmer 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce is thick and clear.
