Broiled Alaskan King Crab Legs
|Frozen split cooked alaska crab legs||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely grated lemon peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped tarragon/1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Thaw crab legs.
Grease a broiling pan.
Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan.
Stir in lemon peel, tarragon and lemon juice.
Place crab legs on greased rack.
Brush with butter sauce.
Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
Baste once with butter sauce.
