Easy Peach Cobbler
|Canned peach pie filling||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Yellow cake mix||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
Combine pie filling and almond extract.
Spread peach mixture in 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle cake mix over peach filling.
Arrange butter slices evenly over cake mix.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and ginger; sprinkle over top.
Microwave at high (10) 12 to 14 minutes.
Served with icecream.
