|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Mushrooms||12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon (Very Finely Chopped)|
|Milk/Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cooked seafood||1 Pound, cut into bite-size pieces|
1. Combine all ingredients, except seafood and sherry, in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Blend well. Cover. Microwave at Power Level 9 for 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated, stirring once.
2. Add seafood and sherry to mushroom mixture. Cover. Microwave at Power Level 5 for 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes, before serving.
