Seafood Newburg

Ingredients
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Mushrooms 12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (Very Finely Chopped)
  Milk/Half and half 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked seafood 1 Pound, cut into bite-size pieces
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, except seafood and sherry, in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Blend well. Cover. Microwave at Power Level 9 for 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated, stirring once.
2. Add seafood and sherry to mushroom mixture. Cover. Microwave at Power Level 5 for 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes, before serving.
