Tomato Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onions 1 Tablespoon (French's)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Mushroom gravy mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope, French's)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine egg, bread crumbs, tomato juice and onions; add ground beef.
Shape into oblong patties, brown in skillet.
Add gravy mix and water, stirring until smooth.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
