Tomato Salisbury Steak
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onions||1 Tablespoon (French's)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Mushroom gravy mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope, French's)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine egg, bread crumbs, tomato juice and onions; add ground beef.
Shape into oblong patties, brown in skillet.
Add gravy mix and water, stirring until smooth.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
