Ingredients
  Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine apples, lemon juice, salt, celery and walnuts.
Fold in mayonnaise.
Chill
