|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese/Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tart shells||24 Small, baked (Tiny, About 1 1/2 Inches Across)|
Blend in flour smoothly.
Add cream and stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Fill baked tart shells.
Place under broiler 2 to 3 inches from heat until cheese is brown.
