Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated swiss cheese/Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Tart shells 24 Small, baked (Tiny, About 1 1/2 Inches Across)
Directions

Melt butter.
Blend in flour smoothly.
Add cream and stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Add cayenne.
Fill baked tart shells.
Place under broiler 2 to 3 inches from heat until cheese is brown.
