Cajun Fish

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Popcorn butter salt 2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Red snapper fillets 2 Pound
Directions

Heat iron skillet directly over medium-hot Match charcoal briquets at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except fish.
Brush fillets with butter; sprinkle seasoning mix evenly on both sides of fillets.
Place fillets in hot skillet and ladle melted butter over fillets.
Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
