|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped candied red cherries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|White mountain frosting||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Combine coconut, pecans, cherries, orange rind and almond extract in a medium-size bowl.
2. Fold in white mountain frosting. Spread between layers of cake.
