South American Mixed Salad
|Cucumber||1 Medium, peeled|
|Bananas||2 Large, sliced|
|Sweet peppers||2 , cut into thin strips (Red / Green Colored)|
|Avocado||1 , seeded, peeled and sliced|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, sliced and separated into rings|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Halve cucumber lengthwise; remove seeds and slice cross wise.
Arrange cucumber, bananas, peppers, avocado, and onion in salad bowl.
To make dressing, in screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, salt, and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Cover and shake to mix well..Pour dressing over vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
