South American Mixed Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled
  Bananas 2 Large, sliced
  Sweet peppers 2 , cut into thin strips (Red / Green Colored)
  Avocado 1 , seeded, peeled and sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, sliced and separated into rings
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Halve cucumber lengthwise; remove seeds and slice cross wise.
Arrange cucumber, bananas, peppers, avocado, and onion in salad bowl.
To make dressing, in screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, salt, and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Cover and shake to mix well..Pour dressing over vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
