|Chili powder||2 Milliliter (1/2 teaspoon)|
|Vegetable oil||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)|
|Onions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Tomato paste||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)|
|Basil||2 Milliliter (1/2 teaspoon)|
|Beef stock||500 Milliliter, heated (2 cups)|
|Cornstrach||25 Milliliter (1 1/2 teaspoon)|
|Cold water||45 Milliliter (3 tablespoon)|
Preheat oven to 150°F (70°C).
Mix meat, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, chili powder, salt and pepper together until well incorporated.
Shape into steaks.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
Turn over 4 times and season twice.
When cooked, remove from pan and keep hot in oven.
Add onions to pan; cook 4 minutes over medium heat.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Stir in basil and beef stock; bring to boil.
Mix cornstarch with water; stir into sauce and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
