|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Smoked sausage||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch slices|
|Frozen farm fresh mixtures broccoli||16 Ounce (1 Bag)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Heat oil in large saucepan over high heat.
Add chicken and sausage; cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
Add vegetables, tomatoes and water; bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes.
