Charmaine's Wonderful Cajun Rice

  Green onion with tops 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Green pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Celery ribs 3 , chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Smoked sausage 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and cooked
  Rotel diced tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Long grain and wild rice mix 8 Ounce (2 Boxes, Uncle Ben's Original)
  Barbeque sauce 1 Tablespoon (Lea & Perrins)

Saute vegetables in oil.
Brown sausage and beef.
In large covered pot, combine all ingredients, using Ro-Tel as part of water called for on both rice mixes (Ro-Tel and water should equal approximately 2 2/3 cups).
Cover and simmer approximately 25 minutes.
