|Risen sweet bread dough||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 Quantity)|
|Orange shell/3 tablespoons grated orange rind and 3 tablespoons orange juice||1 Small (Or 1/2 Large)|
Grind or blend and add the orange shell or alternatively the grated orange rind and juice to the dough in a bowl.
Work into the dough by squeezing and kneading until it is thoroughly and evenly mixed.
Shape the dough to fit a well greased small 4 1/2x 2 1/ 2 X 1 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Cover and let rise.
Bake in the center of a moderately hot oven (375°F) for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from the pan and brush the top of the hot baked loaf with a wet brush dipped in honey or with a sugar glaze
