French Bread with Tomato Brie Butter

French bread with tomato-Brie butter, baked to a golden brown with a totally distracting kitten.
Ingredients
  Ripe brie cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cut into chunks (Soft)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into chunks (1 Stick)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  French bread loaf 1 , halved lengthwise
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place Brie, butter, garlic and tomato paste in a food processor and process until smooth, scraping the bowl a couple of times. Arrange bread halves on baking sheet and spread with Brie butter. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with a salad for dinner, or slice 1" strips and serve as an appetizer at a party.
