Ingredients
  Salt pork 4 Ounce
  Fresh ears of corn 4
  Okra 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, peeled and cut up
Directions

Rinse and chop salt pork.
In 10-inch skillet cook salt pork till crisp.
Cut corn from cobs.
Add corn, fresh okra, water, onion, chili powder, and beef bouillon granules to salt pork in skillet.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes; cover and simmer 10 minutes longer
