Good Friday Carair Bread

Ingredients
  Cake compressed yeast/1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar 1⁄2
  Warm water/Milk and water mixed 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sifted all purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Follow the method for Plain White Bread (Standard Method), adding the 2 tablespoons sugar and caraway seeds to the flour before forming into a dough.
Shape into one large round loaf and brush with milk.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake in the center of a moderately hot oven (400°F) for 40-45 minutes.
Cool on a cake rack.
