Special Cole Slaw

Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 Medium, cut into wedges (Or 907 Grams)
  Green pepper 1 Large, quartered and seeded
  Onion 1 Medium, halved
  Vinegar 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Sugar 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Celery seed 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Dry mustard 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
Directions

Assemble Salad Maker with French Fry Cutter Disc and large bowl.
Process cabbage, green pepper, and onion.
Assemble Blender.
Put remaining ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at BLEND until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over cabbage and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
