|Cabbage head||1 Medium, cut into wedges (Or 907 Grams)|
|Green pepper||1 Large, quartered and seeded|
|Onion||1 Medium, halved|
|Vinegar||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Sugar||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Salt||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Celery seed||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Dry mustard||2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)|
Assemble Salad Maker with French Fry Cutter Disc and large bowl.
Process cabbage, green pepper, and onion.
Put remaining ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at BLEND until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over cabbage and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
